The Political Insider reported that Fattah had been arrested and found guilty of charges relating to racketeering, bribery, money laundering and bank fraud, as he was trying to repay an illegal $1 million campaign loan. The Pennsylvania delegate had represented West Philadelphia since 1995.

Fattah will likely be spending the rest of his life in prison.

Since Fattah had been one of Clinton’s most outspoken supporters, this has come a devastating news to both her and her campaign. What do you think about this? Let us know your thoughts in the comments section.
