Hillary Clinton Hit With Massive BOMBSHELL In Investigation Against Her

Hillary Clinton thought things couldn’t get any worse for when she lost to Donald Trump in the presidential election on Tuesday. Now, things have indeed gotten even worse for her, as the chairman of the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee has revealed they have no plans in halting their investigation into the Clinton Foundation.

Western Journalism reported that the committee’s chairman, Rep. Jason Chaffetz, R-Utah, said that he wants to know the truth about undue influence at the State Department and a leaky system that may have spread America’s secrets around the globe.

“I still have a duty and obligation to get to the truth about one of the largest breaches of security at the State Department,” he said. “Tens of thousands of documents still have not been turned over to Congress.”

“I’m not out to get her,” Chaffetz said. “But I am here to find the truth and make sure that it never happens again.”

In fact, Chaffetz said that Clinton doesn’t even factor directly into his plans.

“Do I anticipate calling Hillary Clinton to testify? No,” he said. However, he added that members of Clinton’s team and her State Department officials may have to testify.

Rep. Elijah Cummings, D-Md., the ranking Democrat on the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee, was furious that the probe into Clinton will continue.

“After everything our country has just been through — and particularly given that Donald Trump and Paul Ryan have both called for healing our nation’s divisions — I think the American people deserve more from Congress than to continue squandering taxpayer dollars on these baseless Republican accusations and partisan attacks,” he said.

Chaffetz, however, said he will bring an even-handed approach to the committee and investigate what must be investigated, regardless of which party is being looked at. He promised to go “wherever the evidence takes us.”

This evidence currently includes thousands of pages of documents that have been coming out of the State Department at a snail’s pace.

“I am optimistic that a Trump administration would actually be cooperative,” Chaffetz said. “The Obama administration has given us the stiff arm every single step of the way. I think a new administration would actually work with us to quickly get to the truth, learn what we need to learn and then fix it.”

“A Trump administration would be cooperative in getting these floodgates to open as they should,” he concluded.
