It’s only been a week since Donald Trump won the presidential election, but he’s already close to finalizing his cabinet. Now, his top choice for Secretary of State has been revealed, and liberals are furious.

Daily Mail reported that former New York City mayor Rudy Giuliani will most likely be Trump’s Secretary of State. A source close to Trump said that Giuliani is the only contender for the job, despite previous rumors saying ex-UN ambassador John Bolton could get the role the role.

While speaking at a gathering of CEOs sponsored by The Wall Street Journal on Monday, Giuliani said he “won’t be attorney general” in Trump’s White House. When he was asked about the Secretary of State position, however, Giuliani said Bolton “would be a very good choice.” When he was asked if he knew anyone that would be a better choice, Giuliani said, “Maybe me, I don’t know.”

Trump is reportedly also planning to cater to liberals by considering appointing America’s first openly gay UN ambassador and making Mitt Romney’s niece the second-ever female RNC chair. The president-elect is reportedly thinking about tapping Richard Grenell as US ambassador to the United Nations, making him the first openly gay person to fill a Cabinet-level foreign policy post. He is also hoping to win over the GOP establishment by appointing Michigan GOP chairwoman Ronna Romney McDaniel, a niece of chief Trump critic and 2012 presidential nominee Mitt Romney.

“I’ll be interested in whatever Mr Trump wants,” McDaniel said Monday, going on to say that she was planning to seek the Michigan GOP chairmanship again.
