Trump Takes MASSIVE Stand For Christmas After Liberals Demand Political Correctness
Ever since he took office eight long years ago, Barack Hussein Obama has launched a war on Christmas in the name of political correctness, forcing people to say “Happy Holidays” instead of “Merry Christmas.” Now, Donald Trump is making it clear that he plans to take a major stand for Christmas during his time in the White House.
The Political Insider reported that Trump said during his campaign that if he is elected, he will make sure people start saying “Merry Christmas” again.
“The word Christmas,” Trump said in September, according to The Daily Caller. “I love Christmas. I love Christmas. You go to stores, you don’t see the word Christmas. It says happy holidays all over. I say, ‘Where’s Christmas?’ I tell my wife, ‘Don’t go to those stores.’”
“I want to see Christmas. I want to see Christmas,” he continued. “Other people can have their holidays but Christmas is Christmas. I want to see Merry Christmas. Remember the expression Merry Christmas? You don’t see it anymore! You’re going to see it if I get elected, I can tell you right now.”
Trump has said that he believes that “there’s an assault on anything having [to do] with Christmas. They don’t want to use the word ‘Christmas’ anymore at department stores. There’s always lawsuits and unfortunately a lot of those lawsuits are won by the other side.”
Obama is furious that Trump is daring to defend Christmas, but we LOVE it! SHARE this story if you support Trump AND Christmas!
