Americans were stunned recently when prominent Ku Klux Klan leader Will Quigg publicly endorsed Democratic presidential frontrunner Hillary Clinton for president. Now, the truth behind this endorsement has been revealed.
According to Young Conservatives, Hillary was friends with the late Senator Robert Byrd, a klansmen who donated $20,000 to her campaign.
“For the KKK, Clinton is our choice,” Quigg explained. “She is friends with the Klan. A lot of people don’t realize that. She’s friends with [the late] Senator [Robert] Byrd. He’s been an Exulted Cyclops in the Klan. He’s been King Kleagle… She’s a Democrat. The Klan has always been a Democratic organization.”
Despite everything she supposedly stands for, Hillary has yet to disavow the endorsement or the money. This is likely because she really was close to Byrd. When he died back in 2010, Hillary spoke out to call him a “friend” and a “mentor.”
“Senator Byrd was a man of surpassing eloquence and nobility … (i)t is almost impossible to imagine the United States Senate without Robert Byrd. He was not just its longest serving member, he was its heart, its soul, and its historian,” Clinton said. “From my first day in the Senate, I sought out his guidance, and he was always generous with his time and his wisdom.”
Byrd is known for opposing the Civil Rights Act of 1964 by joining with fellow Democrats to filibuster a vote for 83 days. What a great “mentor,” Hillary…
Since Hillary is currently trying to secure the minority vote, an endorsement like this could cost her the nomination. SHARE this story so we can spread Hillary’s connection to the KKK!
