Megyn Kelly made headlines on Tuesday when it was revealed that she had told investigators that she had been sexually harassed by Fox News CEO Roger Ailes ten years ago. This came weeks after former Fox host Gretchen Carlson filed a lawsuit against Ailes claiming that he had sexually harassed her as well.
Now, it has been reported that Kelly is trying to convince another former Fox anchor to come forward to share her experience of being harassed by Ailes with investigators. According to New York Magazine, the former anchor told Kelly that she was kissed against her will by Ailes during a private meeting.
A source close to the investigation said that Kelly decided to speak to the corporate investigators because she was disturbed by the parade of Fox women who were publicly defending Ailes.
“Megyn thought the other side of the story needed to be told,” the source said.
Though Kelly has not yet commented publicly on this, her lawyer told the New York Times that “she has cooperated with the inquiry fully and truthfully.”
