The first presidential debate is set to take place tonight, and it already looks like it won’t be going well for Hillary Clinton…
Clinton got some awful news hours before the debate when a new Bloomberg poll was released that reveals Donald Trump has a two point lead over her. This is a major change from polls just a few days ago that had Clinton at a two point lead over Trump.
“Trump gets 43 percent to Clinton’s 41 percent when third-party candidates are included,” the Bloomberg poll stated, according to Conservative Tribune.
Ann Selzer, the woman who oversaw the poll, told reporters that Trump took the lead for a very specific reason: fewer and fewer women and young voters are supporting Clinton.
Clinton has seen her numbers plummet in the last few weeks as more and more questions are being raised about her health. Back in June, Clinton had a 12 point advantage over Trump, and she even had a 6 point lead over him in August. Since then, however, things have gone downhill for the Democratic presidential nominee fast.
Making matters even worse for Clinton is the fact that 57% of voters have an unfavorable view of Clinton in regards to her use of a private email while serving as secretary of state.
These poll numbers indicate that Clinton may have her work cut out for her tonight when she takes on Trump in front of the entire nation. Given her recent health woes, things aren’t looking good for her…
